Rappel avant achat :
Aberration chromatique : le produit a été tourné en studio. Nous essayons de restaurer la couleur du produit, mais nous ne pouvons pas éviter l'aberration chromatique à 100 %. Veuillez comprendre qu'il peut y avoir une certaine aberration chromatique ;
Erreur de taille :
Étant donné que le tapis est un matériau extensible, il s'étirera une fois coupé, il peut donc y avoir une erreur d'environ 1 à 5 cm. L'erreur de taille n'est pas un problème de qualité, veuillez en être conscient ;
Concernant le pli :
La logistique internationale limitant strictement la taille de l'emballage, le tapis est compressé, plié et emballé. L'éponge et les cheveux remplis du tapis sont comprimés. Il vous suffit d'aplatir le tapis pendant quelques jours et de le secouer doucement. L'éponge va rebondir. Le tapis deviendra plat et les cheveux deviendront aussi moelleux que sur la photo. Alors assurez-vous que cela ne vous dérange pas avant d'acheter.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
